Along with that The super slide out floor was ruined and they replaced it twice because I guess their motto is do it half a** first and than do it correctly when the customer finds the half a** work and has to call the owner ****. I picked it up and ***** made a remark about they guy who traded in told them about water damage and open roads new **** weeks down the road the front bedroom by hitch had a destroyed wall from the water along with the front cap being destroyed as well. I signed my papers and they had my camper for two months and I got it back. I agreed believing they would fix it right. ***** the manager of sales jacked my prices up $2,000 to get it fixed. Long story short the shop guys did an inspection and it was priced for a trailer that had essentially NO issues and I stupidly believed them when they said they did the inspection. Worst experience buying a travel trailer from open roads. If I could give a negative rating I would. I would like to have my NPF charge returned and also the payment that **** read in the contract. I would like to have 6 month of payments giving to me because of the safety issue, and multiple lies from the ** ****. Still to this point I have not heard anything from them. Again a month later my rv was still not ready and asked for a meeting with them and the owner ********************* which **** said he would arrange. Fast forward to 1st of April the new ** **** promise me the world with getting me a new stove, providing me with ****** per my contract with them and refunding my NPF charge. ***** said the thermostat was on backorder where I then contacted the manufacture where they stated the thermostat, door and stove were in stock. I have fact that the first claim wasn't turned in until March 1st by *********************. From the first of January to last saturday they have had my camper giving me multiple lies about parts and what was being done. Once again I took my camper back to them. Roughly one week later the thermostat acted up again which I sent video to them. We I went to pick it up the stove wouldn't light and the tech said get a long lighter to light it which was not a answer that was ok on me. About two weeks later they charged me diag for what they said was NPF. In December I took my new Rv into them for repairs that included a issue with a thermostat that would not turn off and a stove that would not light.
